Delivery
Where do you ship ModBord from?
All ModBord panels are shipped from our workshop in Trentham, Vic. This allows us to maintain quality control and ensure fast local delivery.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes — we deliver to all Australian states and territories, including regional and remote areas.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size. Small packages like our ModBord Accessories are usually $10 and our ModBord panels are $30. We also offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $250
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
If no one is available, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or redirect it to the nearest collection point depending on local carrier policies.
Returns
What condition does the product need to be in for a return?
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Who covers return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the product is faulty or damaged, Furnn will cover return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
What if I ordered the wrong size or quantity?
No problem — contact us within 30 days and we’ll help organise an exchange.
Payments
Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later options?
At the moment, no. However Afterpay will soon be available at checkout, allowing you to spread payments over time.
Can I use gift cards or store credit?
Yes. Gift cards and store credit can be applied during checkout.
Will I receive a tax invoice?
Yes — a tax invoice is automatically emailed once your order is confirmed.
Orders & Account
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
If your orders haven’t shipped yet, contact us and we’ll do our best to combine them.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the address.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders faster and manage returns more easily.
